Dr. Ajit Nair
President - Global Operations
Dr. Ajit Nair is the President of SIRO Clinpharm's Global Operations. He provides leadership, vision and direction to the growth of SIRO's global
operations and is focused on creating an efficient and responsive organization to service the growing client pool at SIRO. He looks at strategic
issues concerning integration across various operational geographies and global delivery models.
Dr. Nair's leadership, clinical development insight and operational expertise have strengthened SIRO's culture of innovation, expanded the company's
offerings, and has brought new efficiencies, speed, scalability and standardization to the business. His areas of focus includes strategic expansion
plans, strengthening client relationships, as well as leveraging SIRO's leadership role in clinical research to support the company's emergence as a
leading provider of transnational fast track - optimal cost clinical research solutions. His understanding of the complexities of clinical research
provides further confidence to the growing list of pharmaceutical and biotech clientele that utilize SIRO's services.
Dr. Nair is an active member of associations involved in Clinical Research and has led several initiatives for the development of the clinical
research sector in India. He has spoken on various issues related to clinical R&D and is a widely recognized subject matter expert on all issues
concerning drug development.
In the past Dr. Nair has served in leading positions in Clinical Development /Medical Affairs with Glenmark Pharmaceuticals, Novartis Pharma and
Wockhardt Pharmaceuticals.
Dr. Nair is a pharmacist by training and has a PhD in Pharmacology from Mumbai University, India.
