Induction Training
On joining, you will be introduced to the organization's mission, vision and core values which form the foundation
of SIRO. You will also undergo an intensive induction program to familiarize you with the operations and to the
overall services offered by SIRO.
On the Job Training
Learning is a continuous process and your training will not end after the first few days with us. You will be
continuously coached by your seniors on the job. Your seniors would discuss your performance on day to day basis
and would identify areas that need improvement. Special training programs would be arranged in house or you would
be given an opportunity to participate in external training sessions, seminars or conferences.
Leadership Development Programs
For those of you who show promise as Leaders, you will be exposed to Leadership Development Programs as needed.
However, training programs only serve to expose you to new ideas and to sharpen qualities inherent in you. Only
you can perfect the skills and attitudes thorough rigorous practice.
Performance Review and Planning Sessions
SIRO also has a timely performance appraisal system for you wherein the objectives are set in your existing
roles aligning to the organisation's business objective and long term objectives are set depending on your career
development goals.
You and your supervisor would together discuss your current job tasks and purposeful approaches for meeting
work-related goals or learn new skills necessary for further growth.
We at SIRO believe in growth from within. Opportunities and challenges abound at SIRO and you through your
performance will dictate the pace at which you rise to the top. Achievements will be quickly recognized and
