Dr Nimita Limaye, Vice President
Clinical Data Management and Medical Writing
Dr. Nimita Limaye leads business development and delivery for all India based Functional Service Provider (FSP) businesses related to Clinical Data Management (CDM), biostatistics & statistical programming and medical writing. In this role, she has been leading several multiyear contracts that SIRO shares with leading global pharmaceutical companies and leads a team of more than 200 professionals.
In addition, she also leads clinical data management and medical writing for non FSP business.
Dr. Limaye is a well recognized thought leader in the domain of CDM and Medical Writing, with over 13 years of experience in the industry. Dr. Limaye holds the unique distinction of being the first international member to have been elected to the Board of Trustees of the Society of Clinical Data Management, USA, as well as to have been invited to their Leadership Forum. She is also the first Certified Clinical Data Manager of SCDM from India and is currently on their Certification Committee as well. She is also a regular speaker and a member of the panel at international clinical conferences and has several publications to her credit.
She is responsible for championing organizational development programs like Lean Six Sigma and has also been instrumental in developing compelling value propositions for clients through initiatives such as DM Innovations. Dr. Limaye's in-depth experience and perceptive foresight have played a key role in strengthening strategic business partnerships for SIRO.
Before SIRO Dr. Limaye was associated with companies like Altana Pharma (now Nycomed) & Quintiles.
