Ms. Samyuktha Ajay, Vice President
Corporate Training and Development
Ms. Samyuktha Ajay is Vice President of Corporate Training and Development for SIRO in India. Ms. Samyuktha is responsible for SIRO's corporate training and development and also heads SIRO's initiative to train pharmaceutical and medical graduates in clinical research to fulfill its growing manpower requirement.
Samyuktha brings to SIRO over 20 years of rich experience in clinical research. She was responsible for the set-up and successful running of the first clinical research academy in India, the Academy of Clinical Research (ACE) in 2003. She has expertise in all areas of clinical research and outsourcing from both a client and a CRO perspective. She is a frequent speaker on these issues and has several publications to her credit.
She has streamlined the training at SIRO at all levels and has helped develop a structured and well documented training program that ensures that SIRO's employees receive some of the best training across the clinical research industry in India. She has led several corporate level initiatives that have resulted in better client understanding and closer interaction through client led training programs.
Before joining SIRO, Ms. Samyuktha worked in various capacities in Glaxo and Pfizer. She is a post graduate in pharmacy, and is currently enrolled in a doctoral program in management from BITS, Pilani.
